A full size 4 stage ro unit producing 450 Gallons of water per day with triple membranes (approximately 70 litres per hour depending on system parameters below), removing up to 99% of tap water contaminants. Please note
this is a 4 stage system with triple membranes (6 Stage unit) and does not have DI Post Filtration, the system is designed to potentially reduce your waste water to a 1:1 ratio with it's triple membrane set up. Great for customers on a water meter wanting to produce large quantities of pure water but reduce the waste water.
The ro unit has the benefits of the 3 & 4 stage including the superior large 10inch pre-filters and includes a membrane flush system which reduces fouling to extend the triple membrane life giving 6 stages of filtraion. (This unit does not have DI Post Filtration.)
Be aware if your pressure is low you will likely require a booster pump for this triple membrane system to work as required, minimum pressure is 65 psi.
Ideal for aquariums, window cleaning, car washing and can also be used for drinking water when used with our pressure tank kit.
The effectiveness and productivity of RO systems increase with greater water pressure and temperature. The actual flow rate (in GPD) of any reverse osmosis system depends on your home water pressure and temperature.
Manufacturers recommend 65 psi is required at the membrane for full production, not everyone's cold water is at 65 psi and 77 degrees F; therefore, you might get less than 450 GPD, perhaps 50% or even less if your pressure and temperature are very low! Please consider these factors before you finally decide on which system is best for you.
Pre-filters should be replaced every 6 months or 2500gallons (or when visibly dirty). If any of your pre filters are exhausted, using the unit will put additional pressure on the membrane. Filters are much cheaper to replace than a damaged membrane, which are also available on the website.
All RO-World Reverse Osmosis Systems are shipped fully assembled and we provide email support.
